It’s no secret that being healthy isn’t as simple as just working out or having a proper diet. It’s a lifestyle approach that is developed based on who you are, your schedule, your environmental influences, your likes and your dislikes. Everyone is unique and so should every journey to better health.

This is more than your normal nutrition coaching.

Our nutrition coaching program is completely tailored to the individual. This is not a strict meal plan, but rather a design for sustainable healthy change. The program isn’t one-size-fits-all but rather is built on what works for you and your body. Together we devise an approach that will empower you to take responsibility for your health by changing your habits and developing a healthy personal relationship with food.

Habit change does not occur in a short period of time.  Anyone can do a fad diet for 6 weeks. If you want to seriously change your lifestyle, so you don’t struggle with weight in the future, you have to put in the time. How do you get your money’s worth out of this program? You stick with it to create a healthy lifestyle that lasts.

Our 16-week nutrition program includes:

CUSTOM STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: A customized program designed to improve your overall holistic wellbeing includes education on nutrition and strategies to create sustainable habit change.  

DAILY ROUTINES INCLUDE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: A healthy and strong body is a result of daily routines that include nutrition and physical activity.  Your customized program will empower you to create lasting lifestyle changes.

MEDICAL EXERCISE TRAINING: We will consult with your physician or our in-house physical therapist to address any special medical needs including osteoporosis, recovery from surgery, or physical rehabilitation.  Our team approach to health makes all the difference for post-rehabilitation or "medical" personal training.

  • Fitness assessment (if desired)

Your customized program includes:

  • Comprehensive nutrition and fitness education

  • Progressively designed nutrition plan

  • Customized level of support (in the form of texts, emails, phone calls, virtual or in-person visits)

  • Individual and goal-based strategies for success
