Our massage therapy and bodywork services can help reduce stress, relieve pain and muscle tension, improve flexibility and circulation and assist in healing injured muscles and joints.

Our Therapies

During times of anxiety and trauma, Massage and bodywork can provide calm and relief. Massage Therapy services are a perfect complement to any of our services and can often help catapult healing between appointments.

We offer a number of different types of Massage

  • Myofascial Release – Treats the body's myofascial connective tissue through gentle, sustained pressure. Helpful in releasing restrictions that cause pain, inflammation, and headaches.

  • Craniosacral Therapy -Applies gentle manual pressure to the skull, spine, and membranes to restore rhythmic flow to the brain, spinal cord, cerebrospinal fluid, & surrounding membranes.

  • Deep Tissue Massage – Slow strokes and direct pressure to release chronic patterns of muscle tension. 

  • Sports Massage – Deep tissue massage techniques to increase muscle flexibility, circulation and recovery time performed on light training or recovery days.  Includes a thorough evaluation of posture, flexibility and movement patterns.

  • Neuromuscular Therapy - Soft tissue manipulation treats underlying causes of chronic pain in muscular and nervous system addressing trigger points, nerve, and mechanical issues

Our Bodywork Modalities

Our bodywork aims to make structural changes for long-term health. Our hyper-targeted modalities make small tweaks and changes to work on alignment and function throughout the body.

 

Total Body Balancing

We use total body balancing to take a systems analysis approach to your body, we identify areas of dysfunction in your body and ultimately create a path for improvement.

Craniosacral

We use this very gentle approach to adjust the nervous system from head-to-toe with positive energy and soft manipulation.

Sotai

Our most gentle approach to this work, this Japanese system of body alignment techniques targets specific joints and mobility points to help alleviate pain.
